CyberTechs is San Antonio's premiere Computer repair company.  Cybertechs started in 2002 in San Antonio, Tx and is locally owned and operated Mark & Jennifer Velasco and has now been certified by The South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency as an SBE(Small Business Enterprise), MBE(Minority Business Enterprise) and a registered Texas HUB vendor.  

We first built ourselves around computer maintenance but quickly became aware of our customers true needs and perceptions and have become more focused on service, repairs and sales.  We still strongly believe in computer maintenance and still offer that service.  But now that more consumers are more knowledgeable about computers, we feel that another push towards maintenance will be better received.

Our specialty is desktop and laptop computer repair and service.  We have done research to provide us with a solid business model that revolves around the hectic lives we all lead in conjunction with a majority of people who are in their infancy with technology.  So we strive to fill the gap of having people disassemble their computers and peripherals and drive them to a computer shop and walk out not knowing what comes next.  We perform in shop and on-site work for residential and commercial clients.  We believe in spending time educating our customers about their options so they can make an informed decision about the technology needs.

Our technicians are industry certified Comptia A+ and Microsft Certified Professionals.  We specialize in work for Dell, IBM, Lexmark, Gateway,  and others.  CyberTechs believes in a proactive approach to computer maintenance instead on a reactive one, that may be more costly in the long run.

Our Prices are extremely competitive and our service is top notch.  We may now be the cheapest, but we are dedicated to getting you up and running and educating you about the process.  CyberTechs Computers will not nickle and dime you to death.  We do our best to explain to you the cost involved in resolving your problem and make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work.

Computer Not Performing Like It Used To? 
Be sure you backup your data often.  When a hard drive fails, it may not show any warnings signs.  If you entire systems crashes, the hard drive damaged and yor data corrupted.  Backups should be done prior to have your computer serviced.  There is always a chance an unrelated problem could affect your hard drive.  Your level of tolerance for data loss will determine your backup plan.  Most importantly, keep your backup in a secure location, away from your home or business.
