Sales Counter Position

CyberTechs Computer Repair Plus! is currently seeking a sales counter person. This is a part-time position with the posibility of quickly becoming full-time. Familiarity with technology equipment is preferred, but will train a motivated person. Strong organizational skill and attention to details are a must.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, a state and federal background check and a Miltary/Department of Defense background check
Finger printing with San Antonio Police is required
Must have transportation with valid insurance
Must be flexible with schedule
May require some driving
Outgoing personality - A Background in retail sales is a plus
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to operate and navigate through a computer and related software
Must be able to operate a cash register
Business casual attire is required
Work locations may change on a daily or weekly basis
Polite and courteous with customers

TV Repair Technician

CyberTechs Computer Repair Services Plus is currently looking for professional television repair technicians. Should be well versed in the latest tv technology. Including but not limited to, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, configuration and consultation. Interested person are expected to provide their own tools of the trade, reliable transportation with insurance, a list of available times and desired pay.

Monday through Friday 1000 -1800
Saturday 1000-1700
Sunday - Closed

We try hard to take lunch from 1400-1500 hours on weekdays and 1400-1430 on Saturdays. We encourage you to call ahead if you're bringing in or picking up a unit because sometimes we get delayed taking lunch. We will post our phone number soon.

Beware of computer repair companies that make a complicated diagnoses or speak in "tech jargon" and try to lure you into a big expense when all you may need is a simple quick fix. Some computer problems take nothing more than a matter of moments to complete simply because your pc is stuck and just needs to be reset. Expect to pay for at least diagonstic charges and a reasonable repair charge. Only a qualified professional can diagnose what needs to be done. If you don't understand what the tech is talking about, ask them to explain it until you do. Don't get caught paying hundreds of dollars for inflated parts and labor. Yes, technicians are being paid for their knowledge, but good techs know when those skills are being put to the test and when they should charge accordingly.
